Appointments & Scheduling
We kindly ask that all clients arrive on time and plan to complete any physical activity (including workouts or intense exercise) prior to receiving injectable treatments. Movement and circulation can affect treatment results.

Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that life happens. However, to respect our providers’ time, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $25 fee
– No-shows will also result in a $25 fee
This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file or added to your next visit.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled depending on our availability. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that arriving late may impact your treatment.

Payments & Policies
We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. At this time, we do not accept insurance or CareCredit.
All payments are due at the time of service.
Gift cards and promotional credits can be applied to services unless otherwise stated.

Refunds & Revisions
Due to the nature of aesthetic medicine, we do not offer refunds on services once rendered. Results can vary from person to person, and while we aim for exceptional outcomes, no treatment can be guaranteed.
If you are unsatisfied with your results, we encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can discuss follow-up care or a treatment plan adjustment.

Photography & Marketing Consent
Before-and-after photos may be taken for your medical chart and to track progress. With your separate written consent, we may use these photos (anonymously or with your permission) for marketing purposes on social media or our website.

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive injectable treatments. A full medical intake and consent form must be completed prior to all new services.

For the safety and well-being of our team and clients, Hermosa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence, behaving inappropriately, or whose expectations are not aligned with safe, ethical aesthetic care.
